Brielle Esprit is a photographer, writer, and mindful creator who finds beauty in the quiet moments: from the way light spills across a surface, to the rhythm of breath, to the pause between thoughts. Living with a lung condition has shaped how she moves through the world, intentionally and with deep reverence for each breath. Discovering the healing power of breathwork and pranayama has been a transformative part of her journey, rekindling a deep sense of vitality, being, and passion.

Her creative work weaves poetry, photography, and mindfulness to honor life’s authentic moments and the subtle beauty found within them. Like breath captured in stillness, her photography embraces softness and gentle presence, each image a quiet exhale inviting a soft return to the present moment. Through image and word, she creates space for ease and introspection, where one’s breath becomes a bridge back to self.

As a 500-hour E-RYT, Brielle continues to explore movement and the transformational power of breath and how it opens the door to deeper awareness, connection, and healing. This ongoing study is something she integrates into both her personal practice and professional work. Breath continues to guide her on the yoga mat, ground her in moments of transition, and flow through the quiet rituals of her daily life. In her off time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, outdoor adventures, and daily walks with her dog, Chewie.
